The amount of people who claim that they are perfect don’t realize the disrespect they are showing. It puts other people down who don’t see themselves visually appealing, or lack confidence within themselves, resulting in depression. Now, since there are many hotlines around the United States, they can help you with mental issues that you may be having. There is no such thing as perfection, and it is true because it is a subjective term and the use of it in the real world is still going to have flaws viewed from people with different opinions, albeit those who think otherwise are likely to drop out of college or even high school, and are going to be earning lower salaries compared to college & high school graduates. In terms of why perfection may not be a thing, people still show a huge amount of why they can’t be viewed as “not perfect”, since they tried to apply precision to their makeup, their body, or whatever else it may visually appeal to them. In fact, over 60% of all social media is filled with many models, specifically in Instagram, sponsoring products that may beautify a consumer looking for a way to improve appearance without finding evidence whether it truly works as advertised. When it comes to advertisements, particularly beauty, about half of those commercials you see on television are considered “false advertising”. While it may not be as blatant as it may seem, it still falls under that category. Now, if a woman came up to another woman, who sees herself as “perfection”, a woman who doesn’t find any desire in those beautification products may say along the lines of “You do not need all of that to be what you desire to be, because you already are a beautiful woman, and you do not even need any cosmetics applied to your whole body.”. This says that people do not have to invest in cosmetology products in order to reach their goal to be viewed as “perfect”. In fact, many successful women do not feel the need to be using those products, since they already reached their goals, financially, academically, and healthy. Even if they reached their goals, they’re still able to find beauty in themselves. Women who prioritize their life goals over their appearance almost never lose their job, because they know that their actions are more important than what’s on the mirror, similar to the lines of “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. Some women do not find this helpful to them, as they continue to invest in their cosmetics. Other women who combine both categories are more successful than those who prioritize more in appearance (apart from the Kardashians). Now, health is also a concern for those who want to “naturally” reach their goals of being seen as “beautiful” or whatever. Approximately 90% of all women who exercise and eat healthy foods reach satisfactory in their body transformations throughout their workout routines. Other women, who try losing weight, but without exercising, find anorexia as an alternate, but a not recommended option. Performing anorexic behavior can cause health issues, and doing so can make your muscles weaker to the point you can hardly do any basic movements, such as walking, standing, or jumping. Next, while eating healthy and workout is essential to your lifestyle, sleeping is the number one priority. While it does help your eyes feel less strain throughout the day, it also helps your brain think more clearly and allow more open minded thinking. Sleeping about 8 hours a day is recommended, since you won’t have any bags under your eyes as you go rest. About 20% of those who do not sleep are at a risk of paralysis, even death can occur! Before you think about wearing makeup or applying cosmetic surgery to your body, instead consider continuing your education in college, working harder, exercising on the daily, and working on beautifying yourself on your free time! That way, you will not only be a healthier, richer and a smarter person, but also a more visually appealing person.
